1.This office announces the schedule of the ranking of Teacher I in the Elementary and Secondary Level at the SDO conference Hall.

April 27 Dilasag and Casiguran
Secondary
April 24-27, 2017
April 24 – English and AP
April 25 – Mathematics, TLE
April 26 – Filipino and MAPEH
April 27 – Science, ESP
2. Submission of pertinent documents to the Schools Division Office shall be until April 17, 2017. DepEd Order no. 7, s. 2015 shall be used as the basis of the criteria during the ranking.
3. Division Selection Committee shall be composed of the following:

4.Applicants are advised to include the following documents in their pertinent documents:
- CSC Form 212
- Certified photocopy of PRC professional ID, or PRC Certification showing teacher’s name, LET Rating, and other information
- Certified Photocopy of Ratings – LET or PBET
- Certified Photocopy of the Transcript of Records
- Copies of the Service Records, Performance Rating and School Clearance for those with Teaching Experience
- Certificate of Specialized Training
- Certified Copy of Voter’s ID or/ any proof of residency deemed acceptable by the school screening committee
- NBI Clearance
- Omnibus Certification of authenticity and veracity of all the documents submitted.
5. Immediate and wide dissemination of the Memorandum is desired.
