This is to respectfully remind all concerned teaching personnel in both the Elementary and Secondary levels to accomplish and submit the complete requirements for Reclassification under the Equivalents Record Form (ERF) with NOSCA, in line with the guidelines set by the Department of Education and the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
