Conduct of Survey for Identified CO – LED Programs in Randomly Selected Schools

- The Field is hereby informed that the Department of Education through the School Effectiveness Division and Bureau of Human Resource and Organization Development (SED-BHROD) will conduct surveys to CO-Led programs from March 13-17, 2017 covering selected Schools Division Offices in the Region. The Division of Aurora is one of the the 12 selected SDOs.
- The following are te areas of concern of the survey:
a. Early Language Literacy and Numeracy
b. Result-based Performance Management System
c. Enhanced School Improvement Plan and School Report Card
d. School-based Management
e. School-to-School Partnership
f. Disadvantaged Learners
g. External Partnership
h. Disaster Risk Reduction
i. Child Protection - The List of schools for each Division will be released by the Central Office a week before the actual date of the survey. School Heads who are recipients/implementers of the above – mentioned programs are advised to undertake necessary preparations.
- Wide and immediate dissemination of the content of this memorandum is desired.
