DISPOSITION OF CASES (TEACHING PERSONNEL)<\/h3>\n

The rightful authority to discipline teaching personnel is the Regional Director. To properly file an administrative case against the concerned teaching personnel, it is required that the complainant must comply with the formal requirements of a complaint as provided in D.O. No. 49, s. 2006. On the part of the teaching personnel being complained-of, the same DepEd Order affords him his right to due process to protect his rights as person-complained-of\/respondent and the Philippine Constitution guarantees him the presumption of innocence until his guilt is proved.<\/p>\n
