Invitation to Bid for <\/b>Repair\/Rehabilitation of School <\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Building \u2013 Dingalan National High School <\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The Department of Education Bids and Awards Committee<\/i>, through the SPF-QRF<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (Calamity Fund) <\/i>intends to<\/p>\n

    apply the sum of Six Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Pesos Only <\/i><\/p>\n

    (P6,892,000.00) <\/i>being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under<\/p>\n

    the contract for Repair\/Rehabilitation of School Building-Dingalan National High <\/i><\/p>\n

    School and Project Identification Number 2023-02-095<\/i>. Bids received in excess of the<\/p>\n

    ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The Department of Education Bids and Awards Committee <\/i>now invites bids for the<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 180 days<\/i>.<\/p>\n

      Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an<\/p>\n

      eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II<\/p>\n

      (Instructions to Bidders).<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        discretionary \u201cpass\/fail<\/i>\u201d criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules<\/p>\n

        and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.<\/p>\n

        1. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Department of Education Bids <\/i><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          and Awards Committee <\/i>and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below<\/p>\n

          from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. <\/i><\/p>\n

          1. For those who are interested to purchase Bidding Documents, two (2) options are made<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            available, to wit:<\/p>\n

            1. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              during office hours starting March 7, 2023 <\/b>until March 24, 2023 <\/b>from the<\/p>\n

                through email procurement.depedaurora@deped.gov.ph<\/i><\/b> by accomplishing a <\/b><\/p>\n

                bidder\u2019s information sheet (Annex A). Upon receipt of the bidder\u2019s <\/b><\/p>\n

                information sheet, the BAC Secretariat will send through email the details of <\/b><\/p>\n

                the <\/b>DepEd Aurora Trust Fund Account (DepEd Aurora Trust Account Number <\/b><\/p>\n

                1062-1013-57) for payment. Upon payment, bidders must send through email <\/b><\/p>\n

                the proof of payment before the deadline for the submission of bids. Upon <\/b><\/p>\n

                receipt of proof of payment, the BAC Secretariat will send the electronic copy <\/b><\/p>\n

                of the bidding documents. <\/b><\/p>\n

                Payment in checks should be made payable to DepED Aurora Trust Fund.<\/p>\n

                1. The Department of Education Bids and Awards Committee <\/i>will hold a Pre-Bid<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Conference1 on March 15, 2023 @9:00am <\/i>at BAC Office <\/i>and\/or through<\/p>\n

                  videoconferencing\/webcasting via google meet <\/i>meet.google.com\/uyr-gnqb-uhj<\/p>\n

                  which shall be open to prospective bidders.<\/p>\n

                  1. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    office address as indicated below, on or before March 27, 2023 @9:00am. <\/i>Late bids<\/p>\n

                    shall not be accepted.<\/p>\n

                    1. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      the amount stated in ITB <\/b>Clause 16.<\/p>\n

                      1. Bid opening shall be on March 27, 2023 @9:30am <\/i>at BAC Office. <\/i>Bids will be opened<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        in the presence of the bidders\u2019 representatives who choose to attend the activity. And\/or<\/p>\n

                        through videoconferencing\/webcasting via google meet <\/i>meet.google.com\/jxj-qsao<\/p>\n

                        xde.<\/p>\n

                        1 May be deleted in case the ABC is less than One Million Pesos (PhP1,000,000) where the Procuring Entity may not hold a<\/p>\n

                        pre-bid conference. 10. For the purpose of constituting a quorum, both the physical and virtual presence of the<\/p>\n

                        BAC and TWG members shall be considered pursuant to GPPB Resolution No. 09-<\/p>\n

                        2. The Department of Education Bids and Awards Committee <\/i>reserves the right to reject<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior<\/p>\n

                          to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised<\/p>\n
