I<\/b>NVITATION TO <\/b>B<\/b>ID FOR <\/b>School-Based Feeding Program <\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Implementation (SBFP) Implementation for SY 2023-2024 <\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

  1. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Department of Education Bids and Awards Committee<\/i>, through the SARO No. <\/i><\/p>\n

    DEPED-ROIII-2023-03-253 <\/i>intends to apply the sum of Five Million, Five Hundred <\/i><\/p>\n

    Eighty Thousand, Two Hundred Eighty-Eight Pesos Only (P5, 580, 288.00) <\/i>being the<\/p>\n

    ABC to payments under the contract for School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) <\/i><\/p>\n

    Implementation for SY 2023-2024 and Project Identification Number 2023-05-185<\/i>.<\/p>\n

    Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The Department of Education Bids and Awards Committee <\/i>now invites bids for the<\/p>\n

      above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 112 days.<\/i><\/p>\n

      Bidders should have completed, within 2 years <\/i>from the date of submission and receipt<\/p>\n

      of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is<\/p>\n

      contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to<\/p>\n

      Bidders).<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non<\/p>\n

        discretionary \u201cpass\/fail<\/i>\u201d criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules<\/p>\n

        and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.<\/p>\n

        1. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Department of Education <\/i><\/p>\n

          Bids and Awards Committee <\/i>and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given<\/p>\n

          below from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.<\/p>\n

          1. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            For those who are interested to purchase Bidding Documents, two (2) options are made<\/p>\n

            available, to wit:<\/p>\n

            1. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              during office hours starting June 5, 2023 <\/b>until June 26, 2023 <\/b>from the Department <\/i><\/p>\n

              of Education, Schools Division of Aurora, Bids and Awards Committee <\/i>Secretariat,<\/p>\n

              upon accomplishing a bidder\u2019s Information sheet (see attached) and payment of a<\/p>\n

              non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents to the DepEd Cashier.2<\/p>\n

              1. <\/b>Interested Bidders may signify their intent to purchase the Bidding Documents<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                through email procurement.depedaurora@deped.gov.ph<\/i> by accomplishing a<\/p>\n

                bidder\u2019s information sheet (Annex A). Upon receipt of the bidder\u2019s information<\/p>\n

                sheet, the BAC Secretariat will send through email the details of the DepEd Aurora<\/p>\n

                Trust Fund Account (DepEd Aurora Trust Account Number 1062-1013-57) for<\/p>\n

                payment. Upon payment, bidders must send through email the proof of payment<\/p>\n

                before the deadline for the submission of bids.<\/p>\n

                Payment in checks should be made payable to DepED Aurora Trust Fund.<\/p>\n

                1. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  The Department of Education Bids and Awards Committee <\/i>will hold a Pre-Bid<\/p>\n

                  Conference1 on June 14, 2023 @9:00am <\/i>at BAC Office <\/i>and\/or through video conferencing or<\/p>\n

                  webcasting via google meet <\/i>meet.google.com\/pvu-xnqg-cvf, <\/i>which shall be open to<\/p>\n

                  prospective bidders.<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  1. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the<\/p>\n

                    office address indicated below, on or before June 26, 2023 at 9:00am. <\/i>Late bids shall not be<\/p>\n

                    accepted.<\/p>\n

                    1. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in<\/p>\n

                      the amount stated in ITB <\/b>Clause 14.<\/p>\n

                      1. Bid opening shall be on June 26, 2023 @9:30 am at BAC Office<\/i>. Bids will be opened<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        in the presence of the bidders\u2019 representatives who choose to attend the activity. And\/or<\/p>\n

                        through videoconferencing\/webcasting via google meet <\/i>meet.google.com\/yvg-uqku<\/p>\n

                        qbs.<\/p>\n

                        1. For the purpose of constituting a quorum, both the physical and virtual presence of the<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          BAC and TWG members shall be considered pursuant to GPPB Resolution No. 09-<\/p>\n

                          2. The Department of Education Bids and Awards Committee <\/i>reserves the right to reject<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior<\/p>\n

                            to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised IRR of<\/p>\n

                            RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.<\/p>\n
